The Centrepay service can help you manage your energy bills by arranging regular deductions from your Centrelink payment to spread out bill payments evenly over time.
If you’d like to set up payments, you can do it in any of the following ways:
- using the myGov mobile app on your mobile device
- using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app on your mobile device
- calling Services Australia on your regular payment line
- visiting a Services Australia service centre with help from their staff
- downloading and completing the Centrepay form below and return to us

If you’d like us to setup Centrepay for you, you can complete the below Centrepay Deduction Authority Form and return it:
- by post to PO Box 858, Launceston TAS 7250

The below Centrepay Customer Deduction Guide and Centrepay Deduction Authority Form contain important information so please read them carefully before completing the form.
- In Part C of the Centrepay Deduction Authority Form, enter Solstice Energy Retail’s Business Centrelink Reference Number – 555 076 042 T.
By completing and returning the Centrepay Deduction Authority Form, you acknowledge and understand that:
- After your Centrepay deduction is setup, you can change, suspend or cancel your deduction authority at any time. To do so, please contact Service Australia by visiting www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/centrepay or call us on 1800 750 750.
- If your Centrepay payment(s) exceed your gas or electricity account balance and result in credit, you may contact us for a refund.

Please note: Centrepay is not the only option available for paying your Solstice Energy bills. You can also pay by Direct Debit via bank account, BPAY, Credit Card or in person at an Australia Post office.
