What do I need to do?

Moving house or disconnecting your energy? Here's what you need to do:

  • Finalise your account by filling in the form below or calling us on 1800 750 750

If you are moving house, you may also want to:

  • Transfer your account to your new address (which will be seamless if the connection is already available)

Gas at your new property?

  • Organise a gas supply to your new address
  • If a connection is not currently available there may be fees

And that's it!

Please note that by disconnecting or vacating your property you may be subject to a disconnection or final read fee that can be found here.
