On 11 July 2024, our electricity usage tariffs are going down and our solar feed-in tariff will be 10c/kWh. We will continue to pass on the fixed daily supply charge to you, as set by the Regulator.
That’s the type of energy we think Tassie deserves.

What do you need to do now our rates are changing?
You don’t need to do anything! The new lower tariffs and charges will be applied to your account from 11 July 2024.

Historical Billing Data and Energy Consumption Data
If you are a new customer of Solstice Energy, we don’t yet have access to your historical billing and energy consumption data. However, you can request this data from your previous energy retailer. As you continue to stay as our customer, you will be able to request this data as it becomes available to us by contacting our friendly customer service team on 1800 750 750 or by logging in to your Solstice Account.
